Zazzle ships all orders within 24 hours. Immediately after you complete your purchase, your order is sent to their production facility, manufactured, and packaged with great care.

For information on shipping rates for Custom Stamps/Postage within the United States, click here. Unfortunately, Zazzle cannot ship Custom Stamps outside of the United States.

    Zazzle’s Promise:
    If you don’t love it, Zazzle will take it back. They strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt, subject to the exception of custom shoes. Keds Studio custom shoes are made-to-order specifically for you, so Zazle cannot accept returns for them.

    To return your items:
    Contact Zazzle’s Customer Support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please specify whether you want a replacement or refund.
